Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Add a touch of handcrafted charm to your home with the unique wooden house-shaped planters, featuring a pitched roof and decorative picket fence detail. These versatile planter boxes can be purchased "as-is" for you to fill at home or let us custom-design a beautiful display just for you! We can fill your planter with lush green plants, fresh floral designs, or everlasting silk flowers for an additional charge. Want to customize your planter? Please call us at 269-963-9400 or stop in to add plants or flowers to your order. Please note that the plants pictured are for example only and are not included in the base purchase price shown online.
