Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To ensure timely delivery and fresh, high‑quality blooms, our designers may make thoughtful substitutions when certain flowers or colors are not available the same day. Substitutions will always maintain the overall look, style, and value of the arrangement you selected.
Our floral wholesalers have recently updated their delivery schedule, which means some specialty blooms arrive the following day rather than being available same‑day. Because of this industry‑wide change, certain flowers may not be immediately accessible for same‑day orders.
You can never go wrong with a bouquet of hand delivered long stem red roses arranged by our expert designers. This timeless red bouquet will make a statement for your special someone. Red flowers are an elegant, iconic and romantic gift for anyone close to your heart. Each rose is handcrafted and hand delivered to say I love you.
