Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To ensure timely delivery and fresh, high‑quality blooms, our designers may make thoughtful substitutions when certain flowers or colors are not available the same day. Substitutions will always maintain the overall look, style, and value of the arrangement you selected.
Our floral wholesalers have recently updated their delivery schedule, which means some specialty blooms arrive the following day rather than being available same‑day. Because of this industry‑wide change, certain flowers may not be immediately accessible for same‑day orders.
The beautiful sunflowers in our Bright Rays Wreath offers a display of admiration, loyalty and hope. Each bright bloom is complemented by lush greens and blue delphinium blooms. Their uplifting nature reminds loved ones of your support and the brighter days ahead as they navigate through a difficult time.
