Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To ensure timely delivery and fresh, high‑quality blooms, our designers may make thoughtful substitutions when certain flowers or colors are not available the same day. Substitutions will always maintain the overall look, style, and value of the arrangement you selected.
Our floral wholesalers have recently updated their delivery schedule, which means some specialty blooms arrive the following day rather than being available same‑day. Because of this industry‑wide change, certain flowers may not be immediately accessible for same‑day orders.
Memorialize your loved one by including an urn or photo tribute with our Blossoms of Remembrance Cremation Adornment. This thoughtful tabletop ring of flowers is handcrafted by our talented designers with lisianthus, roses and carnations.
